Yesterdays Heros

I walk New York, into  todays shadow

knowing yesterdays heros.

Out of the smoke, tear drops from hero's

wanting to find.

Lost almost, in a search for lost souls

wanting.

U.T.N.Y cries out for yesterdays hero's

longing to make it a dream

Through the night, each step they take

brings a cry.
