The New Dawn Messages and Poems

Leslie Whittington
Unhappy! I Rome this heaven of peace,
within I pray to thee.
Street lights shine on every house, a
child like dream.
For we may melt on broken hearts,
that know is heart within.
Stretch thy prayer to the harbours edge,
across thy waters divided.
I hear the roaring of seas, reaching
out, within.
I cross a stream with strength, to melt
divided hearts.

Lisa Frost
Time stood still! for my destiny, to
enjoy my every prayer.
Every hour that passed, time would
know sweet joy.
Flowers would bloom at the sound
of my voice.
Trees in the wind, would carry my
every prayer.
Children would rejoice to know
my presence had come.
For their every word, calls for
the Lords sweet prayer.

Lynn goodchild
I have come home to a smile, that knows
my heart of wanting.
I can see them now standing so tall,
ringing my bell of joy.
For they gather in joy to remember, a
Child that always smiled.
They can see me now, running home
from school.
They watch me now, smiling with the
Lord.
For they have come home to show me,
their joy that never sleeps.
