Messages and Poems from the New Dawn

Sheila

Sweet calm came over you to know again,

my heart that awaits your love.

Has death passed over, you held my hand

one last time.

For you wanted me to know sweet calm,

that my heart will know again.

For the Lord came in to your heart of

wanting.

So strong was he and spirit free,

your love was sent with me.

For you knew sweet calm in the Lord.

The saviour of all lost souls. (V)

Silvia

I know you save every tear my love, for

your heart is one with mind.

You walk the streets, where our love was

found.

You look across at our town hall, to the

steps where we made our vows.

Each day is so cold, when you walk to

our town, to know the love we shared.

I would hold your hand, for I knew the

warmth you saved for me.

For I know every tear of true love,

that walks to our town hall. (H)

Ted

Aboard a ship your heart wonders.

Across a sea your voice tells a tale.

Of an icy despair that wonders,

your heart of wanting.

I hear your cries that come in the night.

Thy feeling chill! Of the sea.

Feverish blood for a wanted soul,

that breathed your every word.

Strive not my friend to wonder in hell,

but to know your homeward bound.

Sail to a view reach out and know,

a friend that knows your heart. (M)
